Ledford & Associates started with a small crew in Georgia and one job: install the work correctly, keep people safe, and finish when we said we would.
That is still the work. We are a bonded and insured commercial subcontractor for metal stud framing, gypsum, acoustical ceilings, and thermal insulation. Bonding capacity is $5 million single and $12 million aggregate. Current EMR is 0.87. The trades run together as one scope so the walls, board, ceilings, and insulation actually meet.
We have installed in healthcare, retail, education, military, hospitality, and residential work. Leesburg is home. The jobs have always been commercial.

What we install
Metal stud framing
Light-gauge steel partitions that do not burn or support mold. Layout, bearing and non-bearing walls, and coordination with the rest of the stack.
Acoustical ceilings
USG and Armstrong systems, plus specialty ceilings, wall panels, FRP, custom wood or metal, open grid, and floating clouds.
Thermal insulation
Batt, rigid, and vapor barrier work that closes the envelope and keeps the acoustic and thermal values the drawings call for.

Send the drawings. We will tell you if we can staff it.
We answer during business hours, usually within one or two days. Weekend and holiday notes go out the next business day.
